Kern County Supervisor Chris Parlier was honored to be elected to represent Kern County, District 2 and was sworn into office on December 17th, 2024. Chris previously serviced eight years on the Bakersfield City Council, two of which were as Vice Mayor where he helped bring infrastructure improvements and needed programs to city departments. He’s an honored retired special agent with California Department of Justice and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He has served his community for many years in many ways and is thankful to continue to serve his community in the capacity of Kern County Supervisor.
